Greetings, First Friday Book Club Members:
Calie at the McKinney Senior Recreation Center has offered to host a video meeting for us on Friday, June 5 at 2 p.m.
She is working out the details this week and I will send along the URL we can use, along with passwords, in a few days.
It should be very easy: you just click a link on your laptop, desktop or phone and then "join" the rest of us in a "virtual" meeting room online.
Pros: It's safe, secure and free
Cons: We can't all talk at once. And Pam can't bring cake.
Still, it will be good to"see" each other, even for a short call, and we can get caught up on what we have read so far.
